I have a plaque that a kid with whom I worked in one of my former paid professional lives gave me. It sports a quote by Fr. Bernard Cooke: "We need to have people who mean something to us. People to whom we can turn, knowing that being with them is coming home." So glad you don't let the Pond come between you.
