Hi, I’m Cat Bennett. I’m an artist, writer and teacher in Boston and I’m looking for signs of art on the planet, signs of good things happening, of consciousness rising.

On Saturday mornings I teach drawing as a way to connect with our inborn creativity and to step boldly into unmapped territory. Tales of the weekly drawing class are posted under Drawing Club.

For the last thirty years I’ve had a design/illustration business and and worked as an animation filmmaker. Some of my clients include—The Boston Globe, The New York Times, The Baltimore Sun, Time Magazine, CBC-Sesame Street, Nickelodeon-TV, Harvard University, Harcourt Brace Publishers and many others. I thank my clients for supporting me and allowing me to live my life as an artist.

I hope Artwala Road will be a place where artists of goodwill can come together to share inspiration and their journeys as artists. Thanks for stopping by!

Thank you...

Ring the bells that still can ring,

Forget your perfect offering,

There's a crack in everything,

That's how the light gets in.
